Lead and shape a collection of projects and change initiatives to advance the commercial operation as part of a supportive team, with the ability to evolve the way the business runs, with projects having an instant and lasting impact.
Own the digital transformation of commercial systems through an end-to-end strategic review of ranging, pricing, merchandising, stock control, forecasting and S&OP, selecting and managing third parties to support on relevant solutions.
Work in partnership with assigned business leaders across various functions to develop and manage a portfolio of strategic, compliance and CI/BAU transformation initiatives, taking into consideration the business goals, ensuring digital transformation aspects of their strategy are driven forward.
Key experience required for the Transformation Manager position:
Experience of business functions and technology, ideally with some exposure to MS Dynamics 365 and Power BI
Experience with digital systems implementation programmes in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment
Experience of contributing to the development and execution of a business strategy
The Transformation Manager role is offering a salary of up to around £80,000 depending on experience, with an attractive array of benefits including a generous store discount of up to 40%, your birthday day off, a fantastic subsidised staff restaurant for when you are in the office, and a range of opportunities to develop and grow personally and professionally. You will be offered a hybrid working set up, requiring 2-3 days per week in the central London office.
